Return policy

Your order is not suitable or you have changed your mind, you can return your product to us.

Returns are at buyer's expense . You have 14 days from receipt of your order to return your package.

1. Return of goods

You must return or return the goods to us at the following address:

The return must be made within 14 days of notifying us of your decision to return your order. This deadline is deemed to have been respected if you return the goods before the expiry of the fourteen-day period.

2. Return costs

You will have to bear the direct costs of returning the goods.

3. Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from your order without giving any reason within 14 days. Only items in personalization cannot be returned, nor can you withdraw before receipt of the goods once the order is placed.

4. Time limit for withdrawal

The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you, or a third party other than the carrier and designated by you, take physical possession of the goods.

5. Notification of withdrawal

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us (Violette&Rose, 5 rue Paul Estival, 31200 TOULOUSE, email: hello@violetteetrose.fr) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a declaration clearly expressing your desire to exercise your right of withdrawal (eg letter sent by post, fax or e-mail).

6. Observance of the withdrawal period

For the withdrawal period to be respected, it is sufficient that you send your declaration relating to the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the expiry of the withdrawal period.

7. Effect of withdrawal

In the event of your withdrawal from this contract, we will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for additional costs arising from the fact that you have chosen, where applicable, a method of delivery other than the cheapest standard delivery method offered by us) immediately and no later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will make the refund using the same means of payment as that used for the initial transaction, unless we expressly agree otherwise with you. This reimbursement will in no case be accompanied by any costs for you.

8. Right of retention

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods or until you have provided proof of shipment of the goods, whichever date is first.

9. Compensation in case of depreciation of the goods

Your responsibility is only engaged with regard to the depreciation of the property resulting from manipulations other than those necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and proper functioning of this property.
